Treks are different than regular journey’s because the goal is exploration or discovering new things. Through food we are able to experience the diversity of what cities and regions offer. Although lots of calories are consumed (the trek provides lots of walking to balance the diet) it is another way to turn a basic vacation into a culinary experience.
