Exposition Park in south Los Angeles, located immediately south of USC has been updated. One venue that has a futuristic design is the Banc of California Stadium which is home to the Los Angeles Football (soccer) Club. There are approximately 30 historical markers on the north side of the stadium. Several are pictured. What is unknown (as of this posting) is whether they were installed during the period the Los Angeles Sports Arena was there or installed as part of the new stadium to reflect their significance? Also, the great Robert Graham statues adorn the historic Olympic torch. Luckily for me, during the shoot one of the engineers lit the flame for approximately 15 seconds or long enough for me to capture the picture.
