These are a few drone (aerial) shots of Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas. The property is nestled alongside the pacific ocean and just to the north or across the street is the iconic Pelican Hill property. Marriott (Vacation Club) took over the development from Disney and in 2000 started with 55 Villas. Now that development is complete it has morphed to 700 Villas, all two bedrooms. We purchased into the program in 2005 and with our annual event we occupy 8-10 Villas
